2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or office.
• Payments can be made online, by cash, or by other approved methods.
• Fares may vary depending on distance, duration, vehicle type, and additional services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the journey will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey may incur a cancellation fee.
• No refund will be issued if the passenger fails to show up.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must provide correct details when booking.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger may result in additional charges.

5. Liability

We take all measures to ensure safe travel, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or events beyond our control. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger.
